1. Information the App Uses

LiveMerge Studio is designed to work mainly with media you choose from your own device.

• Photos, Live Photos, and related media you select from the iOS Photo Library.
• Basic media attributes needed to render outputs, such as dimensions, timestamps, motion clips, and file metadata.
• Optional soundtrack files you import for Memory Reel editing.
• Locally stored reel history, export settings, and editing preferences.

2. How LiveMerge Studio Uses That Information

LiveMerge Studio uses selected media only to provide the features you ask it to perform, including to:

• Create Memory Reels from multiple Live Photos.
• Split a Live Photo into selectable still frames.
• Generate Photo Colors cards and related visual compositions.
• Preview, export, save, and share the outputs you create.

3. On-Device Processing

In the current version, media selected for reel generation, frame extraction, and color-card creation is processed on your device. LiveMerge Studio does not need you to create an account to use these core workflows.

The app may write generated videos, extracted frames, imported soundtrack copies, and recent result records to local app storage so you can reopen or share what you created.

4. Photo Library and File Permissions

LiveMerge Studio requests Photo Library access so you can choose images and Live Photos and save exported content back to Photos. If you import a custom soundtrack, the app also uses the file you select for that editing session and local copy workflow.

You can change permissions in iOS Settings at any time. If permission is denied or revoked, some features will be unavailable.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

LiveMerge Studio does not sell your personal information. The app is built around local creation and system-level export and share flows.

When you use the iOS share sheet, the item you choose to share is passed to the destination you select under Apple’s platform rules. LiveMerge Studio does not control the privacy practices of third-party destinations you choose yourself.

6. Tracking and Analytics

This policy is written for the current product direction reflected on this site. If analytics, attribution, sign-in, cloud sync, or subscription services are introduced later, this policy should be updated before release of those features.

7. Data Retention

Media inside your Photo Library remains under your control through Apple Photos. Locally generated app files remain on your device until they are removed by you, replaced by new exports, or cleared with the app.

8. Children’s Privacy

LiveMerge Studio is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a future version of the service, please contact the operator through the official support channel so the issue can be reviewed.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. When we do, the effective date on this page will be updated.
