1. Scope of the Service

LiveMerge Studio provides tools for turning Live Photos into short reels, extracting still frames from Live Photos, and generating photo color cards and related exports.

The service is intended for lawful personal or professional use consistent with these terms and the rules of the platform you use it on.

2. Your Media and Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for the photos, Live Photos, videos, soundtrack files, and other content you choose to import, edit, export, save, or share.

• Review your output before saving, deleting, or sharing it.
• Keep your own backups of important media.
• Only use media and music you have the right to use.
• Do not use the service to infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.

3. Device Access and Platform Rules

Some features depend on Apple Photos permissions, local file access, and iOS system sharing flows. If those permissions are denied, limited, or revoked, parts of the app may not function.

Your use of iOS, the App Store, Photos, and the system share sheet is also subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.

4. No Guarantee of Results

LiveMerge Studio is a creative tool. Reel timing, frame extraction, palette generation, transitions, and exported results may vary depending on source quality, device conditions, permissions, or other technical limits.

We do not guarantee that every generated reel, frame, or card will match every user’s expectations or every media source perfectly.

5. Intellectual Property

LiveMerge Studio, its branding, app interface, website design, and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms grant you a limited right to use the app and site, not ownership of the service itself.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service beyond what applicable law permits.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not present outputs generated with the service in a way that violates the rights of others.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app, website, or any feature at any time. Screens, workflows, export options, and legal language may change as the product evolves.

8. Disclaimers

LiveMerge Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or compatibility with every media source, device state, or workflow.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveMerge Studio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of media, loss of access, loss of business, or loss of expected creative results.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised version.
