1. Use of the Service

Cleanse AI provides tools for reviewing, organizing, and protecting media stored on your device or made available through your photo library permissions. You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

2. Accounts and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the rules of the platform through which you purchased the subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing cleanup recommendations before deleting or modifying any content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device passcode, app passcode, and biometric access settings.
• You should maintain your own backups of valuable content before deleting or reorganizing files.
• You may not use the service to violate the rights of others or interfere with the service.

4. Private Vault and Sensitive Media

Private Vault is intended to provide an additional layer of in-app protection for selected content. You acknowledge that no storage or security system can guarantee absolute protection against every threat, device compromise, or user error.

5. Intellectual Property

The Cleanse AI app, website, branding, interface design, and related content are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership rights in the service itself.

6. Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including features, pricing, and availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers

Cleanse AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that cleanup suggestions, storage measurements, media categorization, or vault protections will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleanse AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or loss of access to media.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
